Today I had a run out with Morpethmatt heading North through Wooler, on to Coldstream and then up to Duns. From there we took the Longformacus road up & over the moors and then back down to St Abbs. Stopped off for a coffee & a buttie at Beadnel and then back to Morpeth. Around 175 miles on some wet roads, gravelly roads and finally some dry roads. The A41 Bridgestones are superb and have remarkable wet weather grip. I am a happy boy  :)))

You've got some cracking roads up there! Had a great week earlier this year riding through the North Pennines, Northumberland national Park & Kielder.
Hope to get back out on mine in the next few days to test the A41's a bit more.  :thumb:

Today I had a little trundle down the coast and then on into Newcastle. Sadly, the city centre was clogged with 'tards protesting about the vaccine (simply don't take it and die, problem solved...). I then had a run down to Hermod (https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/hermod247) on the Team Valley and lashed out on a pair of Richa laminated Goretex gloves. These have great feel and it's hard to believe they are actually lined as they feel so thin, very happy.

The pictures are - St Mary's lighthouse Whitley Bay, The low lights (with the high lights in the background) at Tynemouth Fish Quay and me new turtle doves.

On the NC750X Yesterday I added the last few miles needed for the first service with another trip to Oulton Broad for a coffee and a cake.
Nothing travels faster than "the speed of time".

Today myself & Morpethmatt had a rather bracing run over the Hartside pass (temporary cafe closed which was a disappointment...) and then down to Pooley Bridge, which was absolutely busting at the seams with tourists. We  gave that a miss and headed up to Carlisle, stopping off for a bite to eat before winding our way to Hadrian's wall and then on to Chollerford and the fabulous Riverside Kitchen cafe. This place is well worth a stop as the pies, quiches & cakes are top drawer. A nice trundle home and that wrapped off a near 200 mile round trip. It also takes me over 4,000 miles on the Tigger. Happy.

My recently purchased heated seat arrived today. This was an absolute snip on ebay as the vendor had it listed in the wrong category and I only found it by chance. It's like new and off a 2020 Tigger just like mine. It's plug & play with three heat settings all ready installed & controlled by an existing switch on the handlebars. Happy to say the least - list price is around £350...
