Marking on a new tyre
« on: August 13, 2023, 09:42:44 PM »
Hello all,
Hope you're all keeping well.
We've just got a new rear tyre for my wife's Street Triple. It has a marking that I haven't seen before. Does anyone know what it means? (Nothing bad, I hope!). It's a Pirelli Diablo Rosso III 180/55 ZR 17, by the way.
Thanks very much,
Steve

Looks like a 'D' for Diablo with two little devil horns at the top. All the manufacturers are putting little gimmicks like this on the tyres now.

No problem, I notice the Angel ST has a stylised Angel complete with halo on it. Nothing exciting like that on my Bridgestones...
