I have been online with the Meerkats and have had a quote from Hastings direct  for £397.95 what a difference. Last year with the AA it was £504.00 so why the big rise  :wnk:
I will call them tomorrow and see why the big hike and tell them about my meerkat quote.

The Mrs has just renewed her car insurance and it's gone up £40 since last year. We had a good search but her renewal (with LV) was the best price going.

Well this morning I Rang the AA after 35 mins on hold I got to talk to someone and asked why the price rise? And he said he would see if he could get a better quote for me and came back with a quote of £590.15 so why the hell quote £708.88 at first

I said I would think about it, my thinking is to save the Hassle of changing I might just stay with them, if they had given me that quote first off it would have saved all this  lol

It certainly pays to ask the question. Loyalty seems to be repaid with higher premiums these days...

Are you trying to insure a Bentley Continental GT?

Renewed the MiTo (slightly modified) insurance at the beginning of March, £192

NorthunBryan  yes it does seem that way  :wnk:
My wife is also insured with the AA and we have had a joint AA breakdown for years now but it doesn’t to mater to them, the more I think of it I will end up going with Hastings direct which was £397.

MadisonMotorsportUK it’s only a 18 reg Hyundai Santa Fe !!!!
