Title: DVLA - Cant use website past 7PM?

Does anyone know what the Éclair is going on with thew DVLA?

Cant use services past 7PM... why the Éclair not? It's a website... it's running 24 hours... I am soooo confused.

At a guess, the DVLA are still using 20 year old systems to handle things that they really can't cope with. Probably a lot of inter-system communication and synchronization that happens overnight with the PNC and other agencies.

Asuming they use Windows? Could still be on DOS for all we know!  lol

£25 paid for a new V5 as I lost mine for my old bike... £25 spent when they send a new one to a new keeper for free... cheeky gits.
