Never thought I'd see this site back and up and running. :bravo:. Mandatory intro/catch up post follows.
I'm Trevor, based on the Cambridgeshire/Northampton border.
Things have changed since the orginal site closed, these days I have a F650GS but I SORN'd it at the start of COVID lockdowns and I have yet got around to getting back in roadworthy condition. I used to use bikes mainly for commuting but I'm still working from home which makes the bike a luxury and not a tool these days.
I expected the lockdowns to only last a few months and so I didn't prep the bike for long term storage at all. At this point I hate to think of everything that will need doing to it in terms of general condition when I stored it plus 3 years of detoriation from being laid up. On the other hand, it's a single cylinder thumper change the oil/fuel and charge the battery and it might just start up although I think the suspension is probably in need of a good servicing as that was getting a bit pitted and weapy 3 years ago.
Around the time the original site shutdown, I had just had a baby. Jessica is now 7 and she has a sister, Natasha, who is about to turn 6.
So, what ya all be up to?

There are a few members here from the original site but it's still a little quiet.
