Yes, as the topic suggests the dreaded Council Tax bill has hit the doormat with a thud. It's a rather salty £3,337.00 this year, not really good value for money as so many services are being cut, reduced or just plain axed altogether. Bugger.

£3337? zzzzzz That's over twice what mine is and I live in a 4 bed house. OK, I have single occupancy discount but full whack is only about £1600.
-
Wow..
I am in Band A and on my own so get a 25% discount.
So I got off light this year as I am only paying £4 more per month. £98 up from £94
-
Mine's Band B, just gone up from £88 to £92 p/m
-
Bearing in mind it's Northumberland and one of the cheaper places in the UK to live it's a bit of a kick in the plumbs. Band 'G' apparently, bugger.
-
Mines band B and £152 p/m……. Blimey NorthumBryan that is spiteful for you 😱
-
It's an annual ritual, I'd rather they just put me in the stocks and threw rotten vegetables at me. Mind you, the price of veg there's not much going to waste - I can't win !

lol lol lol :thumb:

I'd have thought Northumberland would be cheaper considering it's way Oop Norf and you're still on steam power and have radio licenses. I'd have expected your annual council tax to be around £3 2' 8d :hahaha:
-
It should be for the
lack number of services we have...
